About me

I am Dr. Francisco Zamorano, an ophthalmologist specializing in blepharoplasty with extensive training in oculoplastic surgery. I completed my ophthalmology residency at the Regional University Hospital of Málaga, where I achieved a perfect score of 10 and received the award for best resident. Subsequently, I completed a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the Conde de Valenciana Institute of Ophthalmology in Mexico City.

Furthermore, I completed a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in advanced facial treatments. I am an active member of SECOP, ESOPRS, and SECPF, participating in conferences and contributing to specialized publications. In my practice, both public and private, I dedicate myself exclusively to oculoplastic surgery, understanding that subspecialization is the best way to achieve excellent results.

Conferences and Awards

Participation in conferences is essential to staying at the forefront of the specialty. Furthermore, I am an active member of the Spanish Society of Oculoplastic Surgery (SECOP), the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (SECPF), and the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ESOPRS).

Furthermore, he is one of only two Spanish ophthalmologists recognized with the Fellow of the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a European accreditation exam for oculoplastic ophthalmologists.
